THE GREAT PRIZEGIVING

Venue a bus - Where some where in Canterbury - When May the 10th

The people say it was as good as a Hollwood party well maybe not that good but close to it anyway.

This years prize giving started at Robbies on Lancaster with a nice meal and a good time for every one to get used to their school uniform.8.30 arrives and we're on the bus, off to Sumner and the surrounding bays with the clanger full and the music crankin we're off. The Marine Tavern (Sumner) came and went like a dust storm dry and boring, so load up and where off to Lyttelton with the prize giving being held on the trip up and over. Many trophies being givin to different boats so everybody got their fair share of fame.

Load out load out we're at Lyttelton for an hour, off moping around the Lyttleton pubs but not to worry were famous skiff sailors and we make a party whereever we go. So as soon as u can say get that F$%K spinnaker down, we were off to Micky Finns. Now this was the best port of call with a live band so the party started and it was time to make a fool out of ya self. Well for some of us anyway, then just like that we were on the bus and that was the end of the 2001-2002 prize giving for another year.

SO REMEMBER IF ITS NOT A SKIFF, JUST TAKE UP SEWING. By Hubba Bubba more than a mouth full.
