The Dolphin Café and Bar (Akaroa)

Dolphin Logo

The Dolphin Café and Bar are generous sponsors of the annual Dolphin Bar and Café Sprint Series. This event is usually held in December and features thrills, spills and spectacular racing in New Zealand's own French Riviera.

The Dolphin Café and Bar is located in picturesque Akaroa on the foreshore of French Bay. Akaroa was first settled by the French in 1840 and still has a distinct Gallic feel. The Café enjoys one of the most beautiful settings to sit and eat, or just enjoy a drink, anywhere in New Zealand. You can relax and plan your stay on the Peninsula boating, fishing, hunting or walking.

The Dolphin Café uses locally sourced fresh produce and provides diners with innovative New Zealand cuisine. It's location gives access to the best of what land, sea and air can provide!
