The Weapon wins again

With three wins from four races, Sean Milner and Steve MacIntosh, have comfortably won the Sydenham Bakery Canterbury R Class championships.

Two races were run on each of the 20 January and 3 February.

The first 2 races were held in southerly conditions with 92MoreFM's Rick Chapman and Grant Nelson sailing well to finish second in both races.

  1. Feb saw nine boats racing with small seas and an excellent breeze lifting at times to 15kts. 92MoreFM sailed well again pushing the newer boats. Liquid raced by Matt Stetchman and Steve Fortune did well to win a closely fought race four.

This years Canterbury Championships Handicap winners are Buster Bloodvessel's Mitch Dean and Ashton Smith who sailed well thought the contest.
