Dave Pairman hard at work
on the new woof

As winter has taken it's cool grip of our lands the building and maintenance of our boats are well under way for some, For others boat maintenance is ... well defined as finding out what doesn't work. on opening day

Leander 2000. The 50th National Championships and Reunion Regatta.

Planning is well underway with all major tasks being assigned to various members of the squadron

The Reunion Dinner which will be one of the highlights of the regatta is limited to 200 places. With a great band to wiggle ones bottom to and plenty of "Fanta" fizzy drinks to warm the cockles of ones heart I'rn sure that the stories will be plentiful and legendary. One job that is still vacant is that of the regatta Sheriff. If you are or know of someone that would be suitable for this role give Sean a call (03 3328748). Those being considered for the role are ... Jonathan Smith(Smut) and John Bowman (Bowie) if he comes over from Aussie. Or maybe these two could be deputies and one of the ladies twin the "Atami" could be sheriff , that'll be fun.

The view he expects us all to get used to
